A lot of times I start out a comic not having any idea how to finish it. A lot of good stuff starts out this way, like say, the ugly dog comics. I’ve pretty much learned to just take faith in my own ability to make something up on the fly. This time though, I got nothin. The main reason I posted it was because it had been too long since last update and to start another comic from scratch was no good.
Next update though, is already half done and I’ll post that.. Until then though… be brave…
Well, I’ll tell you one thing I learned. Never buy a $8 AC adapter from China. So, They’re replacing the one that broke and I’m buying a higher quality one online but neither will get here til the 4th of january. D:

Ok, so you may have noticed Last Place hasn’t been updating in the last couple of weeks. Well, I’ve still been drawing comics only this time it was for the Drunk Duck awards. I presented an award and did an acceptance speech comic, which you can find here and here.
In case you don’t know, the drunk duck awards are an awards ceremony for comics hosted on Drunk Duck (I have a mirror there). I took home 3 awards this year, best abstract/random comic, best humor, and best overall strip. Ahhh, sweet sweet validation, it always goes down smooth.
So enough of this brag fest, more comics coming. We hope to do the podcast tomorrow too, if we can get Garrett to. Just letting you guys know that I’m not dead or nothing, so you can come out of your basements and let the healing begin.

So LPC is now shiny and new again for the third major update of its career. We’ve set the site up as more of a blog site. Previous versions of the site were all flash based and a little buggy across browsers. Now you have the option to comment on each comic individually, share it along all kinds of social networks, and a ton of other small but nice little tweaks that should make the site run smoother and be easier for us to maintain. SO that being said we urge everybody to spread the word and bookmark , digg, facebook, or whatever the hell and help us make this site worth our long hours and energy drinks.
